Wake up at 7 today....... Felt exciting and yet nervous........ :S

Today is my Black Belt Grading....... -.-

Reached scholl 7:30 and rdy for the benches and tables...... Den got time practice awhile..... I did quite badly for the basics and movement...... Kena F**Ked onli..... By a stupid 4 dan black belt.....

He is realli a Old F**Ker wei.... Scold like F**K onli...... His ownself dunt even remember GAGESAI DAINI scold ppl....... KNS la..... Dam kao dulan him..... Dam freaking tired wei.... (20 pumping 20 squart kick) x3..... At last..... Must kick an around 2cm thick plank..... FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS...... Plak......( plank breaks into 2)..... i was like WOAH!!!! and OWWWWWW!!!!! Suddenly feel numb and pain...... its dam tough wei the board.....The grading finished abt 10 ... and went for BRUNCH

At 6.... went to badminton..... Onli me Cheryl and Eric came wei.... How play wor... wanna play doubles also can't...... Went bck at 8.... Den ate SIEW YOK for dinner..... Haha Yummy.... :)

M dead now.... Barely can feel my right legs and hands moving now.... :S
